$44 detail on 6/23. I asked Brittani at check-in about vacuuming the trunk — she didn't say it was extra, so I left it open. A manager in all grey with an earpiece came out, closed it, and said trunk is extra. I immediately said I'd pay. Instead of taking payment, he went inside to talk to Brittani first, then came back outside and in front of customers called me a derogatory name and told me to leave. He refused to give his name when I asked; I believe it is Donovan Cardell. since he said he owns the place and the Executive contact is Donovan Cardell. Brittani then denied our first conversation. The detail crew were polite and did good work — they are not the problem. The manager's public disrespect is. I will not return and I do not recommend Valley Mills Car Wash while this person represents you. No one should be insulted for trying to pay for service.

One of your employees broke a plastic flap in the back of my vehicle and still not taking responsibility for it.. if you paid someone to do a job and they broke YOUR property or if a customer broke a vacuum at your business you'd expect them to pay for the damages right is right and this is wrong and dishonest... the employee that broke it didn't even attempt to make it look like it wasn't broke he just threw it ontop of where it goes .... didn't even try to hide it but then denies it... I'm not going to let this go until this wrong is made right

Not worth the price. Didn't do a great job cleaning inside my car. Would have been better off at one of the car washes with free vacuum. Would not go back again.

Today I had my worst experience, after 18 months. I went in to get a little dust and pollen off my car. Everything is normal until my car drys and looks like it is marbled by a chemical. It looked better dusty than after the car wash. The rims and tires were done well though.

2018-11-14-Hubby took my car to get washed & detailed for me, To say it was a horrible job on the detail & protectant would be a step up from what came home to me. They missed 1 door completely, and half a$$'d the rest of it as seen in the Pics, Not happy at all, tried to call & no one answered... Very Unprofessional & not worth the price... Will be contacting management.
